Refund Policy

At Reliance Lab Testing Solutions, LLC , we value your business and strive to provide accurate, reliable, and timely testing services. Please review our Refund Policy carefully before booking services.

 

 

1. Deposits

 

  • All deposits made to secure an appointment are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Deposits will be applied towards the final cost of the scheduled service.

 

 

 

2. Payments

 

 

  • Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Payments for services already rendered are non-refundable.

 

 

3. Rescheduling

 

 

  • Clients may reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hour notice, and the deposit will be applied to the new appointment.

  • Failure to provide proper notice or a “no show” will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

 

 

4. Cancellations

 

 

  • If a client cancels an appointment, the deposit will not be refunded.

  • In the rare event that Reliance Lab Testing Solutions, LLC must cancel or reschedule a service, clients may either:
     

    • Apply the deposit/payment toward a future appointment, OR

    • Request a refund for the canceled service.

 

 

5. Exceptions

 

 

Refunds will only be issued in cases where payment was made in error or when required by law.
