At Reliance Lab Testing Solutions, LLC , we value your business and strive to provide accurate, reliable, and timely testing services. Please review our Refund Policy carefully before booking services.
1. Deposits

All deposits made to secure an appointment are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Deposits will be applied towards the final cost of the scheduled service.
2. Payments

Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

Payments for services already rendered are non-refundable.
3. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hour notice, and the deposit will be applied to the new appointment.

Failure to provide proper notice or a “no show” will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
4. Cancellations

If a client cancels an appointment, the deposit will not be refunded.

In the rare event that Reliance Lab Testing Solutions, LLC must cancel or reschedule a service, clients may either:

Apply the deposit/payment toward a future appointment, OR

Request a refund for the canceled service.

5. Exceptions
Refunds will only be issued in cases where payment was made in error or when required by law.
